With the merger and installing new operating systems we have made some changes to the grain truck scale interface hardware. What that means for you is that now you will need a credit card size RFID tag to keep in your truck and use on the scales for the ticket process. We have these cards at the locations ready for you to pick up. The set up is very minimal so we can get you taken care of either when you arrive with your next load of grain or if you want to stop into the elevator office, we can get you new cards.
Going forward when you pull on the truck scale you will need to hold this new card up next to the scanner on the cabinet next to your driver window. You will hear a beep once it has scanned the card. Repeat this same process once you have unloaded and your ticket will print, and you can exit the scale.
