How to Request a Delivery
If you’re ordering propane or fuel, the fastest way to do it is through the customer portal.
When placing an order, please click “Request Delivery” (not “Price Check”). Using “Request Delivery” helps:
- Get your order entered quickly
- Reduce back-and-forth
- Ensure nothing gets missed
- Keep deliveries running smoothly
It’s easier for you. It’s easier for us. And it keeps trucks moving efficiently during busy stretches.
If you haven’t used the portal yet, now is a great time to start. It’s available 24/7, even after hours when you remember you meant to call earlier.

Cardtrol Update: Fuel Sites + 5¢ Discount
We’ve made some big upgrades to our fueling locations. We now have Cardtrol fueling sites in:
- Winthrop
- Klossner
- Le Sueur
- Buffalo Lake
- Brownton
If you use your local fuel card, you’ll receive 5¢ per gallon off at any of these locations.
Here’s how it works:
- Swipe your local fuel card (legacy coop cards will work)
- Fuel up
- It’s billed directly to your account
- 5¢ per gallon discount is applied
If you previously had a CRC card or UFC Coop Cash card, it will still work. Over time, we’ll transition customers to new Central United Coop cards.

Need Tank Service? Request Service in the Portal
If you need tank service (leak check, repair, regulator issue, or other system concerns) you can submit it directly through the portal using “Request Service.” Log in and select “Request Service” under your energy account. Complete the short form, and our team will follow up to schedule the work.
